Hi,Al here.I am new to this aging game.My mind and body are young but in over 55 yrs old.10 years ago I felt aging creeping in and I decided that I was Not going to get OLD! I began an exercise program and started changing my diet including taking super foods ,taking herbs and drinking special teas.It took awhile to work.Now i am very healthy and strong.I cant believe the change,I look lots younger and other people can see the change too.Does anyone know other ways to stay young?
